Generally, the problem of high blood pressure can be seen in aged people. But many youths are also suffering from this problem due to taking over tension. Higher blood pressure is a serious problem because millions of people die due to higher blood pressure. A study by Mayo Clinic ‘’ regular aerobic activities can decrease or control the problem of higher blood pressure’’. According to American Physical Guidelines, an adult body must do 50 to 400 hours a week.

With losing weight daily exercise can improve your body structure like it can give a good tone to your muscles that make you perfect and attractive. This physical activity helps our body to circulate the blood well to every part of our body. Exercise active our blood veins so blood can pass easily and fast which gives us a warm glow in our face. After full-time work, our body needs some break so our mind can boost its energy. According to a study of a medical specialist, sports can boost brain energy that makes our minds relax and fresh that makes us happier.
